KBT initiative activity at the Precision Medicine World Conference
The “Precision Medicine World Conference” (PMWC) was held on January 21-24, 2020 in Santa Clara, CA. The KBT initiative has teamed with PMWC to encourage participation of fellows and alumni from both universities. On January 22nd ten Bioinformatics Postdocs and Graduate students from Berkeley and TAU joined a networking dinner chaired by Prof. Noam Shomron (TAU, Medicine). During the event, the participants presented their lab work, their overall goals, and their future plans.
PMWC is one of the largest Personalized Medicine events carried out annually. It brings around 2,500 participants, who are leaders, top global researchers, medical professionals, and innovators across healthcare and biotechnology sectors. The event promotes cross-fertilization and collaboration to accelerate Precision Medicine.
